I'm so glad you came to photograph us! I was worried it might feel uncomfortable, but it wasn’t at all! It felt like living through an ordinary Sunday, but with a touch of seeing that Sunday from the outside — through your eyes — which was really cool. Under this outside perspective, the wonderful moments that have become routine for us are highlighted and feel precious again.

Dasha, the photos are stunning. I have no words. They smell like summer. When you look at them, it’s as if you can feel the sun on your skin, breathe in the scent of morning grass, and hear the songs of birds. And most importantly — there’s warmth in your heart too ❤️. You know how Douglas in Dandelion Wine bottled up summer? That’s what you do with your photos. It’s incredibly precious. And yes, now I have a beautiful portrait. I’m very grateful. And perhaps the most important thing — I saw my family in a new light. Yes, I love them. And it’s almost habitual. Routine. But through your photos, I rediscovered how wonderful they are. Thanks to the details you captured, I noticed how my daughter is looking more and more like my mother. And how much I miss my mom. I wanted to reply on the first day I received the link; there was pure delight from the photos, but I didn’t have time. And now, I’m actually glad it turned out this way: over time, the photos become even more valuable.
